EVO 0750 AQW – Dual-Wavelength Laser Module
The EVO 0750 AQW is a laser module with customized optics for contour and quasi-simultaneous laser plastic welding using two wavelengths. Its patented Advanced Quasi-Simultaneous Welding (AQW) technology combines two lasers in a single processing head, enabling material-specific irradiation for optimized energy input, shorter cycle times, and increased weld strength.
By heating both joining partners, the system expands the range of weldable material combinations and supports both transparent-to-transparent and transparent-to-absorbing welding. Integrated process monitoring ensures consistent weld quality and reproducible results.
EVO 0800-TD – Process Module for Quasi-Simultaneous Welding
The EVO 0800-TD is a compact process module for contour and quasi-simultaneous laser plastic welding, featuring customized lasers, optics, and an integrated top-down clamping system with adjustable joining force.
Designed for seamless integration into automated production lines, it supports a wide range of plastic component geometries while its compact design fits easily into existing manufacturing environments. Calibration according to the EVOSYS CQC concept ensures consistent system performance and reproducible results.
EvoWeld Mini – Compact Tabletop Laser Welding System
The EvoWeld Mini is a compact tabletop laser welding system for plastics, designed for prototyping, laboratory use, and small batch production. Its space-saving design and ready-to-use configuration enable precise and reliable laser plastic welding.
Certified as laser class 1, it ensures safe operation without additional protective equipment. The intuitive EvoLaP software allows fast programming of welding contours for efficient setup and processing.
Optional process and quality monitoring ensure consistent, reproducible results, making the EvoWeld Mini a reliable solution for development and small-scale production.
