marco systems’ piezo-actuator driven valves

marco dispensing systems deliver fast, precise, and reliable performance. Our valves can handle a wide range of fluids with high speed and accuracy – keeping volume deviations under one percent.

At the core is the TorqueBlock drive, a patented solution using two piezo-driven zones moving in opposite directions. This creates an active swivel joint without needing a return spring. The torque is transferred into a large, controlled movement using a clamped lever.

Combined with SJet control (oder auch “stroke control”) and precision nozzles, this technology enables efficient, dynamic, and consistent dispensing. marco valves work with both liquid and pasty fluids, making them suitable for many different tasks and applications.

Our systems ensure uninterrupted material flow: container changes can be carried out without stopping production. Media is delivered under consistent, controlled conditions – ensuring stable performance at the dispensing head.
