The kolb AF-series offers rugged state of the art systems for maintenance cleaning working with the aqueous with AirFlow® technology, the thorough and environment sound turbulence air in immersion cleaning process developed by kolb. This technology differs from common spray-in-immersion applications, as the goods to be cleaned here are actively submerged everywhere by the cleaning fluid which is swirled with compressed air. It guarantees a permanent all over active flushing without dead spots so that every contamination is fast and efficiently cleansed off.

kolb AF20 is a state of the art immersion cleaning system with ClosedLoop water reprocessing. It cleans components of flux management systems (cooling units, filters, heat exchangers, containers/plates)* of virtually all manufacturers as well as lathe parts, milled parts, die cast components or other bulk good (with washing drum option) from flux, condensate, oil, dust, grease using the economic and environmentally friendly AirFlow^®technology.

The PSE 300 HD is an extremely compact first-rate performance PowerSpray^® system designed and manufactured in Germany for smaller quantities with an intelligent 2-step process with HotSpeed warm air drying. The PSE 300 HD delivers best possible cleaning of screens, stencils, misprints and solder frames, today a prerequisite for reproducible quality in production, the reduction of expensive production stand-stills and as well for high customer satisfaction. 

Ideally suited as a cost-effective system especially for the easy, quick and thorough cleaning of coating residues from carriers protected with the innovative kolb CarrierSeal^® sealing.

Fully automatic economy cleaning system for solder frames, solder carriers, solder pallets, ESD boxes, PCB magazines, trays, machinery parts

Economical yet comprehensively equipped: Our economy systems in the PSE MH series are also suitable for numerous cleaning tasks that arise in the manufacturing process, while remaining compact and energy-efficient.

PSE MH7 is an all-round cleaning system with a large process chamber for almost every requirement of tools and maintenance cleaning. The two-tank and triple circuit configuration ensures short cycle times and makes this system the perfect economic choice for the maintenance cleaning in electronics production.

With up to 80 °C cleaning and 90 °C drying temperature also ideally suited for the kolb coating cleaning/paint stripping turn key solution (system, detergent, process design, software).

MultiEx^® N7-TS is a water-based, homogeneous and pH-neutral low-temperature detergent with a broad range of cleaning power, integrated rinsing function and long bath life, which is ideal for thorough, gentle and resource-efficient cleaning processes for stencils and screens. It is reliably and efficiently removes solder paste residues from most solder pastes available on the market, even at pH neutrality.

MultiEx^® N7-TS impresses with its neutral pH value and superior material compatibility, even with very sensitive materials. Further it is supplied as a ready-to-use mixture (ReadyMix) for direct use in kolb cleaning systems with PowerSpray^® and AirFlow^® technology and all other common cleaning systems with comparable technology. It is also suitable for direct use in stencil and screen printers for automatic stencil underside cleaning.

ContraFlux^® FM is an aqueous alkaline special cleaner for maintenance cleaning of condensate management systems which specifically removes condensate and rosin. ContraFlux^® FM is ideally suited for the quick and thorough cleaning with best material protection of condensate traps, filter sheets, coolers, cyclones. Depending on the cleaning task also suitable for solder frames, solder pallets, ESD boxes and PCB storage magazines.

ContraFlux^® FM is a ReadyMix for direct use in kolb AirFlow^® systems and all standard spray-in-immersion cleaning systems. In kolb systems with PulseFlow^® technology ideally suited for the external cleaning of piping and cyclones. Depending on product and cleaning task also suitable for ultrasonic cleaning systems and manual cleaning.
