The EVO 0750 AQW is a laser module with customized optics for contour and quasi-simultaneous laser plastic welding using two wavelengths. Its patented Advanced Quasi-Simultaneous Welding (AQW) technology combines two lasers in a single processing head, enabling material-specific irradiation for optimized energy input, shorter cycle times, and increased weld strength.

By heating both joining partners, the system expands the range of weldable material combinations and supports both transparent-to-transparent and transparent-to-absorbing welding. Integrated process monitoring ensures consistent weld quality and reproducible results.
