marco‘s SJet Power is a modular high-precision dispensing valve for high-viscosity fluids, pastes and filled materials. It is designed for applications that require high dispensing force, stable process conditions and controlled energy transfer into the medium.

A powerful piezo drive and rigid valve design support clean droplet break-off and repeatable dispensing results. Integrated stroke measurement and stroke control help maintain constant dispensing conditions over the entire service life. Modulated voltage profiles can be adapted to the respective dispensing medium.

Precisely eroded, modular seal seats provide high flexibility, fast cleaning and reduced downtime. The hermetic separation between media feed and valve drive protects the mechanics from contamination. The piezo-based valve drive operates virtually wear-free, reducing operating costs and increasing the service life of the overall system.

The valve supports burst frequencies of up to 3,000 Hz, up to one billion closing cycles, and dot or line dispensing between 15 and 1,200 micrometers, depending on the valve seat and nozzle.
