Turnkey Dispensing Systems for Precision Applications

The marco Gantry System Series combines the compact marc0 tabletop robot with the modular marc3 dispensing cell, covering a broad range of precision dispensing tasks—from laboratory and small-series applications to automated inline and cluster production.

Both systems can be configured as turnkey dispensing solutions, combining motion control, dispensing technology, software and process modules from a single source.

The marc0 is designed for compact and flexible production environments. It can be used as a tabletop system, a stand-alone unit or integrated with a conveyor, making it suitable for laboratory use, product development and smaller production batches.

The marc3 extends this concept into a scalable industrial platform. Modular axis lengths, quick-change dispensing heads, single or dual conveyors, cleanroom options and open software interfaces allow the dispensing cell to be configured for the product, process and required level of automation.

Specifications of marc0 Gantry System & marc3 Gantry System

The marc0 offers a working area of 440 × 255 × 140 mm and weighs 65 kg. It uses closed-loop position control and can be configured as a tabletop system, stand-alone unit or with an optional conveyor. Tool load depends on the application.

The marc3 system is configured according to the required working area of the application and starts at approximately 350 kg machine weight. Depending on the system design, it achieves positioning accuracy of up to 3 µm and supports tool loads of up to 13 kg. Available configurations include stand-alone, enclosed, inline and cluster systems, with either a single or dual conveyor.
