The marco 2C Mixing Head is designed for precise and repeatable processing of two-component materials in demanding industrial applications. Each dispensing stroke is generated by a controlled piston movement rather than by pressure, enabling consistent volumes even with changing viscosity or back pressure.

The modular system supports static or dynamic mixing and processes adhesives, sealants, potting compounds and other reactive media with viscosities up to 20,000 mPa·s.

Dot-on-position dispensing allows accurate material placement even while the system is in motion, including on grooves, fine structures and 3D contours. With 24 V trigger inputs, Modbus communication, optional temperature control and adaptable media-contacting components, the 2C Mixing Head can be integrated into new or existing automated production environments.

Combined with marco media supply and gantry systems, it forms a scalable complete dispensing solution.
