marco offers more than 200 valve seat variants for contact and non-contact dispensing applications. Manufactured in-house from materials such as steel, copper, tungsten and PEEK, they enable precise adaptation to the dispensing material, process requirements, dispensing pattern and application geometry.

Orifice sizes from Ø 15 μm to Ø 1,200 μm allow accurate control of flow rate and shot size. Available designs include jet flat, jet vulcan, luer lock tip, screw nozzle, spray nozzle and protruding nozzle.

The internal design allows wetted parts to be exchanged quickly, simplifying maintenance and helping to reduce downtime. A wide range of sealing materials, including FFKM, silicone, HNBR, FKM and EPDM, supports reliable operation under different chemical and temperature conditions.
